My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean, and I appreciated the prompt service when I needed help. However, I found the towel exchange policy a bit strange, and the housekeepers didn't check in regularly during my four-day stay. Overall, it felt more like a budget option rather than an ideal choice.

On the downside, I encountered an unclean situation in a different area of the hotel that really took away from the experience, along with some questionable activities happening nearby. It’s unfortunate because the potential is there for a much better experience.
My stay at this hotel was really disappointing. The cleanliness was a major issue and I found trash under the beds, which is unacceptable. The service seemed disorganized, with housekeepers not checking in regularly for fresh towels. However, I did find the room itself decent and functional, which is why I gave a somewhat higher rating for that. The price felt justified for the room but I can't say I felt comfortable or relaxed during my stay.
